Runnemede Criminal Defense Lawyer
Skilled Criminal Defense Lawyers Zealously Advocate for Clients Charged with Crimes in Runnemede, NJ
When you are facing criminal charges in Runnemede, you are also facing the loss of your freedom and significant dangers to your future, including damage to your ability to secure education, employment, or housing even long after you may have served any criminal sentence. Unfortunately, a criminal conviction will follow you for years, possibly even the rest of your life, creating difficulties in your personal and professional relationships.
Despite the risks to freedom and future that criminal charges pose, most people lack the legal knowledge and experience with the criminal justice system needed to effectively defend themselves and protect their rights. At Gelman Law, our Runnemede criminal defense attorneys will advise and represent you through each step of the criminal justice process. Even beginning with law enforcement investigation before your arrest, all the way through trail, we work tirelessly to advocate and negotiate on your behalf. We know how the prosecutors think and work because we used to be prosecutors — now we use our knowledge and experience to fight on behalf of those facing criminal charges.
During the criminal justice process, there are many opportunities to secure you a favorable resolution of your criminal charges. Our criminal defense lawyers don’t wait until your trial to begin trying to secure the best possible resolution for your charges. Instead, we conduct our own thorough, independent investigation of your charges to find evidence that can be used in a strong legal defense or that can identify weaknesses in the prosecution’s evidence or theory of the case. We always push to have charges dismissed or reduced whenever the state does not have the evidence to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. However, we never advise our clients to accept a plea bargain unless we firmly believe that it represents the best possible outcome in our client’s case — you can rest assured that we will always advise you on the path to the most favorable resolution of your criminal charges.
Your future and freedom are important — you need a criminal defense lawyer that has the experience and knowledge to successfully defend you. Contact Gelman Law today to schedule a no-cost consultation with our Runnemede criminal defense lawyers.

About Runnemede, NJ
Runnemede is a borough located in Camden County, New Jersey. It was incorporated as a borough by act of the state legislature in 1926 from portions of Centre Township, following a referendum. Although the origin of Runnemede’s name is uncertain, discounted origins of the name include a Native American term meaning “running water” and Union Army General George Meade; instead, sources point to the town of Runnymede in England as the likely origin of the borough’s name. Runnemede is also known as the headquarters of Mister Softee, one of the largest ice cream truck franchisors in the U.S.
